We hold a deposit authorization on your card but never charge it. The hold is released within 24 hours after you return the item in good condition.
What if something gets damaged?
The owner can file a damage claim within 24 hours of return. We will mediate the dispute and only charge the deposit if the claim is valid.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 4 hours before pickup. After that, a 50% charge applies. The deposit hold is released immediately on cancellation.
How do point redemptions work?
Earn points by listing items, completing rentals, and leaving reviews. Redeem points at partner cafes, shops, and restaurants by showing a QR code.
